Of course! Right-click on the extension and click “Manage Extensions.” Under the section called “Site access,” check the box “On all sites” and try logging in to the extension again. If that doesn’t work, try resetting your password.
Still can’t log in? Let’s make sure you’re running the latest version of the extension. Go to the NICKLpass page on the Chrome store, remove the extension, and add it again.

The Extension
Once you’ve downloaded the Chrome extension, click on the puzzle piece next to your search bar and pin NICKLpass to your browser.

Using Nicklpass
The Nicklpass extension is a Google Chrome extension, but you can also use it on Microsoft Edge and Brave Browser.

It’s very likely your password management tool is blocking the extension. But don’t worry, there’s a workaround for this!

First, let’s make sure you have access to the publication you’re trying to read. Click on the NICKLpass extension and make sure the publication appears in the drop down. If you don’t see it in the list, get in touch with your company administrator to make sure you still have access.
If the publication appears in the list, click on the publication and try to navigate to the article you were looking for. This should log you in.
If you’re still having trouble, close the tab and log out of the extension. Head over to the NICKLpass page on the Chrome store, remove the extension, and re-add it to Chrome.

Publications
Check with your company administrator to make sure your team still has access to that particular publisher. If you’ve confirmed with them that you do have access and it’s not appearing in your Nicklpass, ask them to contact your Nicklpass Account Manager.

Yes! Navigate to the article you’d like to share and click on the Nicklpass logo on the bottom right. Enter your colleague’s email address and we’ll send them an email with a link to the article. They’ll be able to read the article once.
No. Only users with a Nicklpass account can share articles.
No. The link doesn’t expire so you can read the article now or six months from now. However, keep in mind the link is only valid for a one-time read - so once you click the link, make sure to read the article! If you ever want to go back and read it a second time, you’ll have to ask your colleague to re-share.
Yes! If you have a premium subscription to the publisher, you can keep reading other articles on their site. If you’re not a paying subscriber, you can purchase your own NICKLpass to get full access.
